Winter themed card featuring W plus 9

Hello!

Here today to share a winter themed card to play along with Simon Says Stamp winter themed challenge on their Monday challenge blog.

 I used the Winter Pals stamp set from W plus 9. I love this set so much, its stinkin cute! I cut some small clouds out of my cricut to use as masks on the background. I used a few different blue inks and my blending tool  to create the background. The cute little bear and the sleigh I colored with copic markers on a heavier cardstock and cut out and pasted on top of snow hill.

The hill I created from vellum and covered in wink of stella for some sparkle and added some twine to finish it off.

The shimmer doesn't appear on the main picture so here's a close up.
