CAS Copic coloring featuring Neat and Tangled

Hello crafty friends!

I have a clean and simple card to share with you today using the adorable Better Together stamp set from Neat and Tangled! I just fell in love with this set as soon as I saw it and knew I had to have it.
I created a few cards with it when I had it out but for my first card I kept it simple because the images were so darn cute and I simply wanted to color them.

Simon Wednesday Challenge Blog

Not too much to say on how I created the card.
I cut a white panel from the Wonky Stitches die from Avery Elle to adhere on top of a white card base.
I stamped my middle girl first and masked her off before stamped the other two cuties and colored them in with Copic markers. I really struggle with coloring hair so this was good practice for me!

That's really about it!

Thank you SO very much for stopping by today!!
Hope you enjoying your week so far!

The Card Concept #52

HI crafty friends!!
A new challenge starts today over at The Card Concept
They are also celebrating the 2nd anniversary of the challenge!
I adore the beautiful inspirational picture! I was inspired by the black and white colors and the elegant look.

For my card I used the Wild Peonies stamp set from The Ton. I used the solid flowers from the set and stamped in black ink. I masked off my middle flower before stamping my other two to give it a layered look.
I stamped my sentiment from the Scripty Sayings stamp set from Lawn Fawn.
I cut my white panel from a border die from Pretty Pink Posh and adhered some black and white striped paper under this area.
I finished my card off by scattering some Sparkling Clear sequins from PPP.

I love the different look of the black and white together!

Newton's Nook Birthday Bash

Hi crafty friends!
Happy Tuesday!
Hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend!

I have a CAS birthday card to share with you today, using Newton's Birthday Bash from Newton's Nook. I wanted a simple looking card but with a pop of color.

So I started by stamping my Newtons on watercolor paper and colored them, trying to give them all their own look using Zig real brush markers. I covered the balloons with clear wink of stella and glossy accents on top. Once my glossy accents were all dry I adhered my Newton's onto my white card base.
Stamped my sentiment and added some sequins to finish it off!

Hope you enjoyed! There's something about clean and simple cards with some color that I just love, I also like that I could use it for a male birthday if I'm in a pinch.

Thank you SO very much for stopping by today!!

Simple Floral Hello!

Hello again!
Hope you are having a good day so far!
Here to share a simple floral hello card today.

I started with Melon Mambo cardstock for my card base and layered with white cardstock.
I die cut a piece of Fog cardstock with a rectangle stitched die and embossed with a chevron embossing folder.
My flower and leaves are yet again from Winnie and Walter. ( I have an obsession with this set lately)
I stamped them on watercolor paper with Versamark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I then colored them in using Zig real brush markers and fussy cut them out. I used some foam adhesive to pop them up on my card a bit.
I used an older set from Hero Arts for my sentiment and put some gold foil under it to make it pop.
I added some gold sequins from PPP to tie in the bits of gold and finish off the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!!
Hope your having a good week!

Water Colored Rainbow featuring Mama Elephant

Hello!
Happy Tuesday! Hope your all having a lovely week so far!
I created a clean and simple card today with some bright happy colors, I will also be playing along with the Curtain Call - Rainbow challenge.

For my rainbow I used the Rainbow High die from Mama Elephant and cut it out using watercolor paper. I colored each piece on my rainbow with different colors of my Zig real brush markers. I covered pieces as I went with some post it notes so I could keep each strip of the rainbow to the one color. I then splattered it with water to give it a spotty distress look.
I cut some clouds from the same die set and covered with wink of stella to adhere at the end of my rainbow.
I decided to stamp my sentiment in some purple ink and scattered some sparkling clear sequins around to finish my card off.

I love the way the rainbow turned out so bright!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!!
Hope your having a lovely day!!

I stamped my bunny separately on some watercolor cardstock, colored with zig real brush markers and fussy cut out to adhere onto my polka-dot panel.
I stamped my sentiment and added some sparkling clear sequins from PPP to finish my card off.

Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge # 6

Displaying Challenge 6.jpg
Hello there!

A new challenge starts today at Stamping Smile Design Tic-Tac-Toe challenge.
I chose to do the third row down, Umbrella, Critters, Clouds however it actually works for the row diagonally across, as its clean and simple and I used a little bit of patterned paper, just a happy coincidence.

I kept my card clean and simple so there is not too much to explain but my images are from the mini Thoughtful bunny set from Memory Box. I stamped on white card stock and colored in with Copic markers. I used a die from the stitched border 3 die set from PPP on the side and adhered a strip of patterned paper underneath and added some bakers twine at the bottom to finish off my card.

I hope you enjoyed my super simple card. I love that little bunny, he's too cute!

Have a Magical Day!

Hi crafty friends!
Hope you're all having a lovely week so far!
I have sweet fairy card to share with you today featuring the adorable Fairy Friends set from Lawn Fawn.
As soon as I had seen this set I knew I must have it, I have an obsession with Tinkerbell and just the magical-ness of these sweet fairy's!

I did a light wash of watercolor in the background. I water colored all my images with Zig real brush markers and fussy cut them out to adhere on to my card. I wanted my sequins to look like they were coming from her wand so I scattered them under my fairy.
That's about it for my card! I like the way it turned out I just love how magical and happy that fairy is! & the sentiment is perfect for Birthdays or just a simple hello card!

Thank you so very much for stopping by today!
Have a lovely day!!

Happy Winter featuring Newton's Nook

Hello Friends!

I have a sweet and simple card to share with you today featuring the Fox Hollow stamp set from Newton's Nook.

I started with a white card case and used a circle die to cut a circle the center. For my background I blended a few different shades of blue ink on white card stock and spritzed with water for a distressed sky look, once this panel was dry I adhered on the inside of my card. For my fox, I attempted some no line water coloring here. I stamped my fox with antique linen distress ink and colored in with Zig real brush markers and fussy cut him out. I did the same for my tree although I colored it with Copic markers, simply because the tree was after thought and I forgot that I colored my fox with watercolors rather then Copics, oops:p

Once my scene was created I stamped my sentiment from the same set and scattered some silver mini star confetti from Pretty Pink Posh along my card for the finishing touch.

That's it for my card today! Super simple but cute!
Thank you so much for stopping in!
Have a lovely day!!

The Card Concept #50

Hello!

Today starts a new challenge over at The Card Concept, based on the inspiration photo below.
I do not have any shamrock stamp sets or dies of any kind because I don't seem to create cards using them at all so I drew my inspiration from the color.
Green is not a color I use often in my card except for grass so it was fun to try something new for me.

For my card I started with a whote card base that I ran through my cuttle bug with a polka dot embossing folder for some texture. I then blended some green ink over the background concentration closer to the bottom of my card. I created my little oval frame by cutting out white card stock with a die from Avery Elle. My happy banner is from the Happy Mail stamp set from W plus 9 that I stamped and fussy cut out to string from the top of my oval frame. My birthday sentiment I cut out from white card stock as well from a die from SSS.
I finished my card off as usual with some sequins from PPP.
That;s it for my card today I hope you enjoyed the green! It's a bit different for me :p
Hope you'll join along with us over at The Card Concept!
Can't wait to see what you create!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hope you have a lovely day!

Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge #5

Hello friends!

Another challenge starts today at Stamping Smile Designs Tic-Tac-Toe Challnege.
For this challenge I chose to you use the second row across to create my card, Friendships, Gold and Layers.

For this card I created a scene from the Happy Mail set from Wplus 9, these little guys are too cute!!
I stamped my scene out on water color paper and colored with Zig real brush markers and a water brush. Once all dry I ran through my die machine with Tabs die set from Pretty Pink Posh. I repeated this step with the blue cardstock and the golde glitter paper and layered on one another. I stamped my sentiment from the same stamp set and to finish off my card and add just touch more gold I added some gold sequins also from Pretty Pink Posh.

Hope you enjoyed and I look forward to seeing your creation if you play along with us at Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge.

Thanks SO much for stopping by!
