Party Animal Shaker Card featuring Avery Elle

Hello!

I have a fun shaker card to share with you today.
I needed to add some Birthday cards to my stash so I used the Wild Birthday stamp set from Avery Elle to create a simple but fun Birthday card.

I started by stamping my lion and then masking him off to stamp my hippo so he gives the allusion he's behind the lion, I then stamped both my critters to do some ink blending in the background. Once my masks were removed I colored my animals in with Copic markers. I stamped my balloons, banner and sentiment. I wanted to make my balloons into little shakers, so I fussy cut the inside of them out. I went around the inside with a black marker so that my horrible cute job wasn't terribly obvious.
I then used acetate and fun foam to create the areas for my shaker and filled the balloons in with a bunch of sequins from PPP.
I adhered this panel onto a white card base and that's it for my card!
I love the simple look of a card with a fun element.

Hope you enjoyed!!

Quick & Simple card using Pattern Paper

Hello!
Happy Friday!!

I have a super quick card to share with you today!
A lovely thing about pretty pattern paper is they make super quick cards if you in a hurry!
I just fell in love with this particular piece of pattern paper from the DIY Home paper pad from Pebbles that I wanted to use it for my main element of a card.

After trimming my pattern paper the size I wanted I then die cut it with the Scallop frame die from PPP. I popped up the frame are with foam tape and adhered it onto a grey card base,
with the inner piece I die cut the hello sentiment from SSS and then adhered it flatly onto my card base inside my frame to give the paper some dimension.
I then scattered some Rose Gold and Sparkling Clear sequins all over. & that's it for my super simple card! This card would be super quick to duplicate if needed and I may just to that with some different patterns!

Thank you so much for stopping in! Hope you have a lovely day & a lovely weekend!

Wishing You Brighter Days featuring Pretty Pink Posh

Hello!

Popping in today to share a card I created with some lovely PPP products that could be used for a sympathy card or someone who is simply down in the dumps and can use some cheering up.

I used the Rainy Days stamp set for my images. I started with a white piece of card stock cut slightly smaller then an A2 card base stamped the cluster of raindrops in the set all over my background with some Smoke ink from SSS. I then stamped my umbrella with Lavender ink from SSS on a separate piece of card stock and cut out using the coordinating Rainy Days dies. I also cut out some clouds with the dies on plain white card stock and glittered up. These elements sort of got lost in my background so I cut one the tags from the Stitched Essentials die with Fog card stock and adhered it onto my card. I adhered my umbrella on top and then popped my clouds up with some foam tape. I used Coastal Cabana card stock from Stampin up for my card base and created a banner out of it as well for my sentiment.

I finshed the card off with some Sparkling Clear and Lavender Moon sequins.
That's it for my card today!
I ended up falling in love the color combo of this card and will likely have to use it again soon:)

A little kindness goes a long way featuring Newton's Nook

Hi friends!
Happy Wednesday!

Stopping in to share a simple card with you today.
I haven't used these cutie doggies from Newton's Nook in a while so I decided to break them out.

I wanted the top to be clouds so I created my card base as normal, and used the stitched cloud dies from Lawn Fawn, placed the medium sized cloud die on the inside panel at the top and smaller sized clouds on the outside fold, doing this while the card is un-folded of course.
I stamped my doggy and cloud and colored in with Copic markers. I masked off my dog and ink blended various blue inks to get an ombre sky look. I had to extend the kite line as it wasn't quite long enough.
I then stamped my sentiment and heat embossed with white embossing powder, and to finish the card off I added a scattering of sequins from PPP.

Thank you SO much for stopping in today!
