Winston Takes Flight Happy Birthday card

Hello Friends!
Hope your having a good day so far!
Stopping in to share a quick card with you today featuring the Winston Takes Flight stamp set from Newton's Nook.
How cute is that bear in the airplane?!

I started off with a white card base and did some light blue ink blending towards the top for the sky.
I die cut the Scallop rectangle from PPP for my frame and adhered it onto my card base.I stamped all my images including the clouds and balloons on separate white card stock, colored in with Copic markers and fussy cut out leaving a small white frame around and adhered them onto my card where I wanted them to create my sky scene.

No Line Water-coloring

Hello crafty friends!
Hope your all having a lovely week so far!

I wanted to share a card I created doing some no line water coloring. No line water coloring is something I struggle with but I love the look people achieve with it so I'm practicing!

For this card my flower images are from the In Bloom stamp set from Winnie and Walter.
I started off with a white piece of water color card stock that I cut out using the Stitched Notes die from PPP. I started by cutting the rectangle and then used the triangular shape towards the bottom.
I stamped my flowers with Antique Linen distress ink, light enough so lines will be covered once colored but dark enough that I had a guideline where to color.
I used Zig real brush markers to color the flowers in. I stamped my sentiment from the Everyday Greetings stamp set from PPP. I put some washi tape in the center with some clear droplets. I scattered a few sequins surrounding the flowers and adhered my panel onto some patterned paper.

Thank you so very much for stopping in today!!

CAS Thinking Of You Floral Card Featuring Pretty Pink Posh

Hello!
I have a clean and simple card to share with you today featuring the new very pretty Bold Blooms stamp set and coordinating dies from Pretty Posh.
I love these new flowers they make for such a pretty, happy card.

I  started off with all my flower elements. I stamped them onto white card stock, using the solid stamp first with light ink and then the outline stamp over top with a slightly darker ink of the same shade. I used the coordinating dies to cut them all out.
I used Neenah desert storm card base as my main panel and stamped my sentiment and heart from the Thoughtful Greetings stamp set in versamark ink and heat embossed with white cardstock.
I then situated my flowers on the card where I wanted them and adhered them down once I was happy with the placement. I scattered some Sparkling Clear Confetti mix around my flowers and adhered my main panel onto my card base to finish off my card.
That'ts it for my simple card today!
Hope you enjoy these new flowers as much as I do!
Thank you soo much for stopping by!

Baby Girl Shaker Card featuring Newton's Nook

Hello!!
Hope your having a lovely day so far!!
I have a sweet baby shaker card to share with you today! Two of my favorite types of cards rolled into one!
I used the Lovable Laundry stamp set along with the Onsie die from Newtons Nook.
I started with a piece of pink card stock and laid my onsie die over it to kind of see where I wanted them all cut out, after I decided I left a little pencil mark so I knew where to place my die and ran it through my machine multiple times until my background of onsies was cut out.
I created my shaker element on the back, I find this best with fun foam as it doesn't add a lot of bulk and then i filled up with a bunch of gold sequins and elements from Pretty Pink Posh. I adhered my full shaker panel onto a pink card base as well.
I stamped one of the onsies in the set with versamark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder and colored it in with Copic marker and cut out with the coordinating die to adhere over my sentiment which I stamped onto a strip that I die cut from the Stitched Borders 3 dies from PPP.

That finishes my card for today! I love pink and gold together for baby girls! It's too pretty!
Hope you have a great day!
I appreciate you stopping by!

Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop

Hello!!
So very happy your joining me today for day 2 of the Pretty Pink Posh blog hop for the May release products!
The new products are amazing,right?
You should have came from the lovely Heather Hoffman's blog but if you are starting here I will have a full list of the hop at the bottom of my post.

My first project features the new Woodland Critters stamp set and coordinating dies along with the Scallop Hexagon dies. I started with an A2 size piece of white card stock and temporary taped 3 of the hexagon dies down to run through my die machine. I used an A2 size card base and ink blended a few colors all over to create my background, I then adhered the panel I intially die cut with hexagons on top and adhered my hexagons in side the are for an in-layed look. For my sweet critters I stamped them all on watercolor paper and colored in with Zig real brush markers and cut out using the coordinating die cuts. I stamped my sentiment from the same stamp set under my large hexagon to finish my card!

My next creation is a shaker card, I used the Bold Blossom stamp set along with the Scallop Hexagon dies again. I started with an A2 size white card base and stamped my background with the shadow images in the set in grey ink to completely fill my background. I die cut the largest hexagon out with a bright pink card stock and assembled that into my shaker element with acetate and foam tape. I find the best adhesive to use on the foam tape when creating a shaker is a double sided tape such as scor tape as it's super sticky and makes sure everything stays put. I filled my shaker with new Navy sequins and Mini Sparkling Clear Flowers. I stamped some flowers from the same set on a separate piece of white card stock, colored in with Copic markers and die cut out using the coordinating dies to adhere onto my shaker element. I stamped the congrats sentiment from the Happy Owl Stamp set and cut out using the coordinating die and adhered just under my flowers on my shaker element.

Hope you enjoyed my projects! Next on the hop is the lovely Jessica Frost- Ballas. Be sure to comment along your way! There are 2 $25 gift certificates up for grabs! Comments must be left by 11:59pm PST on May 17/2017. Winners will be announced on the Pretty Pink Posh blog.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Enjoy the rest of the hop!!
